*In case of delayed flights or cancel for any reason and customer missed boat trip to other island or other service. The company is not responsible for any cases because this is not related to the company’s services.

Child Policy
  • FOC for infants up to 1.99 years and full price charge for baby seat requests.
  • Children hight under 90 cm. and/or 2 – 3.99 years are half price charge.
  • Children hight over 90 cm. and/or over 3.99 years old are full price charge.
  • Child policies are determined by the ferry operator.
Service Policy
  • Maximum passenger capacity is 10 persons for a Van, or subject to the volume of luggage.
  • No pets of any kind are allowed on the vehicle.
  • Consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages is not permitted on the vehicle.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the vehicle.
  • No illegal drugs or prohibited substances of any kind are allowed on the vehicle. Should our staff have any suspicion, they reserve the right to contact the police to search the suspect.
  • The driver reserves the right to terminate the service in case of engine malfunction or passenger misconduct.
  • The highest priority is the safety and comfort of the passengers. The driver will adjust the vehicle speed based on traffic conditions to strictly comply with all laws and regulations.
  • Please ensure you check for all your valuable belongings before exiting the vehicle. The company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage.
Travel Change Policy
  • First Change: One complimentary travel date change is permitted. The request for change must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the original scheduled travel date.
  • Subsequent Changes or Late Changes: A fee of THB200 per instance will be imposed for:
    • Any change requested after the first (1st) complimentary change.
    • Any change requested less than 7 days prior to the original scheduled travel date.
Cancellation Policy
  • No penalty, if cancellation and amendment are received by 7 days prior to departure date. Transfer
  • 50% of total amount will be charged. If either Cancellation or Amendment are received more than 2 days prior to departure date.
  • 100% of total amount will be charged. if either No show or Cancellation are received less than 2 days prior to departure date.
  • 100% of total amount will be charged In the case of booking and cancellation on the same day.
  • Cancellations must be confirmed by the company.
