Child Policy
- FOC for infants up to 1.99 years and full price charge for baby seat requests.
- Children hight under 90 cm. and/or 2 – 3.99 years are half price charge.
- Children hight over 90 cm. and/or over 3.99 years old are full price charge.
- Child policies are determined by the ferry operator.
Service Policy
- Maximum Capacity are depends on baggage condition.
- Not permit any kind of pets get on minibus or microbus.
- Drinking alcohol and carry are not allowed on the minibus or microbus.
- Not permit smoking into minibus or microbus.
- Not permit drugs or any illegal get on minibus. If the driver has doubt who can call to the police for raid to suspects.
- The driver has the right to stop service, If abnormalities on vehicles or passengers.
- The highest priority is safety and comfortable. Driver will assess the speed of the car depending on traffic conditions.
