*In case of delayed flights or cancel for any reason and customer missed boat trip to other island or other service. The company is not responsible for any cases because this is not related to the company’s services.
Child Policy
- FOC for infants up to 1.99 years and full price charge for baby seat requests.
- Children hight under 90 cm. and/or 2 – 3.99 years are half price charge.
- Children hight over 90 cm. and/or over 3.99 years old are full price charge.
- Child policies are determined by the ferry operator.
Service Policy
- Non-Refundable: All boat tickets are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Price Exclusions: The price quoted covers the cost of the boat transfer only.
- Departure Scheduling: We will schedule your boat transfer time and notify you of the confirmed departure in advance.
- External Transfers: If you are not utilizing our transfer service, you must inform us of your pickup/drop-off time so that we can accurately assign your boat transfer slot.
- Children aged 0 to 3.99 years old are entitled to a complimentary boat ticket (free of charge).
- Children aged 4 years and above will be charged the standard adult rate..
- Amendments: Any changes to your travel date or time must be requested and confirmed at least 7 days prior to the original departure date.
- Travel Duration: The actual duration of the boat journey is subject to and dependent on the weather conditions on the day of travel.

- We shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the following:
- Flight Delays: Missing the scheduled boat departure due to flight delays.
- Adverse Weather: Cancellation or delay of boat services due to unfavorable weather conditions.
Travel Change Policy
- Boat trips can be rescheduled one time only, and the change must be made at least 7 days before the departure date.
